4. Content and Social Media Posting

You are solely responsible for all content you post through our Service. You represent and warrant that:

  • You own or have the necessary rights to use and authorize us to use all content
  • Your content does not violate any applicable laws or third-party rights
  • Your content does not contain any malicious code or harmful materials
  • You comply with all terms of service of connected social media platforms

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service:

  • For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
  • To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, or laws
  • To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the rights of others
  • To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
  • To submit false or misleading information
  • To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code
  • To spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape
  • For any obscene or immoral purpose

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding user-generated content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Social Media Manager and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

7. Third-Party Services

Our Service integrates with third-party social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.). Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party's terms of service. We are not responsible for any issues arising from third-party services.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim all warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Social Media Manager, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
